3. How Many Times is the Right Amount of Times to Pee?
People need to use the bathroom at different paces, but most people pee about six to eight times per day. This is influenced by the amount of water someone drinks, but feeling a constant urge to go or other abnormality in the frequency to pee can also be a symptom of a urinary problem. A constant urgency to pee may be a symptom of an overactive bladder, interstitial cystitis, urinary tract infection, bladder problem, or benign prostatic hyperplasia, which affects only men but is very common particularly as men get older. In these cases, drinking less water is not a solution, and it will only lead to dehydration.
